We want to ensure every young person from Richmond has the resources and tools necessary to secure a high quality education and qualify for well-paying jobs.

The Richmond Promise is more than a scholarship. 

The Richmond Promise is a community wide College Scholarship Fund and College Success Program. It is a unified effort between the City of Richmond, West Contra Costa Unified School District, Contra Costa College and the Richmond community to create a college graduating culture in Richmond and provide comprehensive support to help Richmond students realize their ambitions and succeed in college!

Are you a Richmond Promise Scholar? It’s as easy as A-B-C:

A. Have you been a Richmond or North Richmond resident for at least four years?

B. Are you graduating from a high school  within the WCCUSD boundaries?

C. Have you attended local schools since the 9th grade?

 

Richmond Promise Scholars:

We are here to support you to complete necessary documents. Drop-In Office Hours will be held Friday, August 5, 9-4pm in 440 Civic Center MultiPurpose Room.
